WALT DISNEY PARKS AND RESORTS

Elliot Mills has been named managing director for Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa at Ko Olina. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all resort operations.

Mills was most recently general manager of the Kaua'i Marriott Resort.

Architects Hawaii Ltd. has promoted four staff members to principals with the firm. They are:

Emile Alano, a project architect/project manager for the institutional, retail and hospitality industries since 1997.

Marni Murdock, who has extensive experience in health care and laboratory design.

Lisa Rapp, who has 17 years experience in architecture, planning and design of large-scale projects.

Brian Takahashi, who has more than 30 years' experience in architecture planning and design.
