3 west-bound H-1 lanes near Airport Viaduct reopen
Police reopened the three right lanes of H-1 Freeway west-bound near the Airport Viaduct just before 2 p.m. today following a “wet cement spill.”
Police closed the lanes for about three hours while a state road crew cleaned up the spill.
