Paul Kimura and Ren Frias had a bogey-free 66 to finish second.
The teams of Brian Lee and Brett Komoto, Chase Bingham and Justin Chue, and Glenn Niitani and Jared Kato shared third place at 68.
The tournament was scheduled for 36 holes, but Saturday's opening round was canceled for Championship Flight because of the tsunami warning. The A and B Flights played their first round the previous weekend.
Alan Arakawa and Lyle Kawamata shot 65-70—135 to win A Flight by four shots. Buddy Silva and Charmelan Tolentino captured B Flight, also by four shots, at 79-74—153.
