Times Supermarkets has scheduled a grand reopening today at its Kamehameha Shopping Center store, which was formerly a Star Market.

Times officials, former NFL player Jesse Sapolu and community residents will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, tour of the new store and announcement of the winner of shopping cart filled with groceries. The event is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
QSI Inc., the parent of Times Supermarkets, announced last July that the company signed an agreement to acquire all seven Star Market stores on O'ahu, Maui and Kaua'i.
