Jamba Juice last week introduced three flavors of make-at-home mixes for fruit drinks called Jamba All Natural Smoothies, available in most national grocery chains for $2.99 to $3.99 per package. Jamba All Natural Smoothies contain real fruit, nonfat yogurt and an antioxidant boost with 100 percent of the recommended daily dose of vitamin C. Each serving is fat-free, provides one full serving of fruit, and contains 120 calories or fewer and no cholesterol when prepared as directed in a blender with 6 ounces of apple juice. Each package makes two 8-ounce servings.

In the Islands, they'll be carried at Safeway and Whole Foods, with more outlets likely to come. To see a video, go to http://multivu.prnewswire.com/mnr/jambajuice/43830/.
