The University of Hawaii football team will close its 2012 regular season with a Dec. 1 game against Western Kentucky at Aloha Stadium, UH announced today.

The Hilltoppers are in the Sun Belt Conference.
It will be the first meeting between the two schools.
With the Western Kentucky game, UH will need one more game to complete a 13-game 2012 schedule.
UH has already closed its 2010 and 2011 schedules.
“We’re pleased that Western Kentucky has filled one of the open slots for the 2012 schedule,” UH athletic director Jim Donovan said in a statement.
The 2012 schedule includes road games at USC (Sept. 1) and Brigham Young (Sept. 8) to open the season and a home game against UNLV (Sept. 22).
