Lt. Gov. James “Duke” Aiona plans to unveil a proposal to enhance the state’s ability to develop and promote sports and sporting events and generate revenues for Hawaii’s economy.

He will make the announcement along with members of Hawaii’s sporting community tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the governor’s ceremonial room at the Hawaii State Capitol.
