Sarento's Top of the I, the many-windowed restaurant on the penthouse floor of the Ilikai Hotel, has signed a lease extension with the building's retail space owner.

Included in the contract is a plan to create an entry vestibule in the hotel lobby specifically for Sarento customers and to refurbish the restaurant's glass elevator, according to a press release from the restaurant owners and iStar Financial SFI Ilikai Retail Owner LLC.
Sarento owner Tri-Star Restaurant Group also plans interior renovations of the 18-year-old restaurant known for Mediterranean cuisine, views and a large and varied wine cellar.
