For the sixth year in a row, Hawaiian Airlines has the airline industry's best on-time record, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation.

The airline also said it also had the fewest flight cancellations and was second best for baggage handling for the year.

Hawaiian said that 92.1 percent of all of its 2009 flights were on schedule and that flight cancellations accounted for 0.2 percent of all departures last year. The company averaged 1.90 mishandled baggage for every 1,000 passengers in 2009.

Servco Pacific said Toyota's recall of certain 2010 Tacoma 4WD trucks affects just 73 of the vehicles sold in Hawai'i.

"Customers will be notified to bring their vehicles in to their Toyota dealer or service center for an inspection and possible repair," said Mark Fukunaga, Servco chairman and chief executive officer.
