Noise from the drummers of the Kenny Endo Taiko Ensemble was too much for Randee Somerakimseu, 3, of Palolo. The performance took place today at Market City Shopping Center to mark Chinese New Year.

A number of events are scheduled this weekend to mark Chinese New Year.

An event today at Market City Shopping Center drew a crowd with its lion dance, performance by the Kenny Endo Taiko Ensemble and more.
This year, Chinese New Year coincides with tomorrow's Valentine's Day celebration.
