'Year of the Tiger' astrology, feng shui talk

Author Alan S. F. Lum, a leading authority on feng shui, will present “Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology in the Year of the Tiger” at a program set for 11:30 a.m. Feb. 20 at the Hawaii State Library.

Lum has written the following books: "Chinese Astrology: A Key for Success and Better Relationships Based on the Four Pillars" (2006), "Feng Shui for Lunch" (2002) with Clarence Lau, and "The Centuries Old Philosophy and Practice of Traditional Chinese Feng Shui and the More Advanced Flying Star Feng Shui" (2002).
In addition to his writing, Lum teaches feng shui classes in Honolulu and practices traditional feng shui and the more specialized Flying Star Feng Shui.
The 90-minute program will be held in the library's main lobby and is recommended for ages 12 and older. For more information, call 586-3529.
