Kahului Public Library on Maui is scheduled to close beginning Feb. 19 for an air-conditioner replacement project.

The book drop will be closed starting from 1 p.m. Feb. 20 and will be unavailable until the project is completed in a few months. Books and materials can be returned to any other public library.
Patrons who are waiting for requested items can also ask library staff to arrange for a pickup at another branch location.
