Kahuku High alum Aaron Francisco, a safety for the Indianapolis Colts, provides insight to the Super Bowl

Today was the last full practice of the season.

We have worked out all the kinks both offensively and defensively and are about 48 hours away from kickoff.

The players had the rest of the day off to spend with their families or to do as we please. I spent some of that time doing some extra film study on the Saints offense. Afterward I took my son to play on the beach.

Later this evening my wife and I went out to a nice dinner with my agent and his wife at the 30/30 Ocean restaurant. The food was so 'ono and it was nice to have some free time away from football to enjoy the normal things in life.

We have plans to go to Kendra Baskett's Super Bowl party, who is a good friend of my wife. It will be held at a club in the Hard Rock casino. I'm looking forward to having an enjoyable night before team lock-down tomorrow night.

Aloha.
