Hawaiian Properties to manage Ilikai hotel

HONOLULU-Hawaiian Properties, Ltd., one of the oldest and most experienced real estate management companies in Hawaii, has been selected as the new property manager of the Ilikai Hotel and Condos to oversee the building's mixed use of 1,025 residential and commercial units. The company will be taking over management effective May 1, 2010.
