Homers power Owls to 8-1 win

Kristen Yama went 3 for 4 with two homers and four RBIs, Corrie Murashige had three hits and Tasi Docktor added a two-run homer to lead Mid-Pacific past Sacred Hearts, 8-1, yesterday in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu softball game at Crane Park.

Tori Hamura spaced three hits and struck out six in pitching a complete game.

Kaitlyn Shikada went 5 for 5 with a grand slam and drove in six runs, and Kim Souza and Alex Masaquel each had four RBIs to power the Raiders past the Spartans at Mō'ili'ili Field. Ashlee DeSantos had two hits and two RBIs for the Spartans.
