Hawai'i Public Radio presents Korean-born pianist and harpsichordist Heejin Kang in recital, 7:30 p.m. May 15 in HPR's Atherton Performing Arts Studio.

The concert will be the first of two keyboard recitals Kang has scheduled during the summer season. The first event will be performed on the Atherton Bosendorfer concert grand. The piano recital will include works by Haydn and Suk, plus the twelve preludes in Claude Debussy's Preludes, Book 1.

The second concert will be performed on a harpsichord on June 5 in the Atherton. For the latter performance. Kang will be joined by several members of the Honolulu Symphony to perform chamber works.
