Honolulu police believe a 24-year-old Mililani man missing since April 7 was murdered and have arrested two men in connection with his disappearance.

Joshua Williams of Ho'okō Place in Makakilo and Michael Shawn Connolly of Alapō'ai Place in Mililani were charged with murder in the second degree. Williams also was charged with arson in the second degree and promotion of marijuana, police records show.

Jamil Khan has been missing since April 7; he was last seen at 10:30 p.m. when he left his family home in his 1999 green Isuzu Rodeo. His vehicle was found Wednesday abandoned in Waipahu, police said.

During their investigation, police determined that Khan had been murdered and that his car was intentionally set on fire.

While serving a search warrant, police allegedly found an indoor marijuana-growing operation at Williams' Makakilo home.
