Two arrested in missing Mililani man's death

Police have arrested two men in connection with the disappearance of Jamil Khan, a Mililani man, who has been missing since April 7.

Charged were Joshua Williams of Hooko Pl. and Michael Shawn Connolly of Alapoai Place on charges of investigation of murder in the second degree. Williams also was charged with arson in the second degree and promotion of marijuana, police records show.

The 24-year-old Khan was last seen at 10:30 p.m. when he left his family home in his 1999 green Ford Isuzu Rodeo. His vehicle was found on Wednesday abandoned in Waipahu, police said.

During the investigation, police determined that the missing man had been murdered and that his car had been intentionally set on fire. Two men were identified and arrested with out incident, police said. A search warrant was issued at the home of one of the men ultimately charged. While searching, police found an indoor marijuana growing operation, police said.
