Lee's 6 TDs lead Castle over McKinley

Quarterback Jaymason Lee went 13 of 18 for 207 yards and six touchdowns — three to Shaydon Kehano — to spark Castle over McKinley, 41-14, last night in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red East game at Roosevelt.

Lee threw touchdown passes to Kehano (10 yards, 10, 46), Joshua Kong (20), Garrett Paredes (5) and Austin Dawson (8) as the Knights took a 41-0 lead at intermission.

Kehano finished with six catches for 100 yards.

McKinley's Iosefatu Fiso ran for a 9-yard TD, and tossed a 25-yard TD to Roy Aliksa.

Evan Moe passed for 179 yards and two touchdowns as the No. 1-ranked Red Raiders beat the visiting Bulldogs yesterday afternoon in an OIA Red East game that was postponed Friday night because of problems with the lights.

Moe, who completed 9 of 13 passes, hit Punga Vea with a 20-yard score and Kaipo Pearl with an 80-yard touchdown.

Viliami Pasi, who rushed for 98 yards on 13 carries, scored on a 5-yard run and Fonoivasa Mataafa, who ran for 47 yards on seven carries, scored on a 2-yard run for Kahuku's other touchdowns.

The Red Raiders, who intercepted four passes and held the Bulldogs to 64 total yards, improved to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the OIA.
