A 27-year-old Wailupe man was arrested Wednesday following a run-in with another driver on the H-1 Freeway in the Kahala area.

The other driver, a 43-year-old woman, told police the man chased her and then forced her off the road.

The woman then called police, who were able to locate the man. After the woman identified him, he was arrested on suspicion of first-degree reckless endangering as well as first-degree terroristic threatening.
