Parents looking for a few hours of adult time drop might be able to find help at My Gym in Kailua’s Enchanted Lake Shopping Center from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Usually available only to members, this Parents Night Out event is open to the public, although spots are limited. For $30 ($15 for additional siblings), children 2 to 13 get three hours of games and activities, pizza, juice boxes and snacks and parents get a time out.
