Illinois-based Apple Rush Co. said it has signed an agreement to have its beverages distributed in Hawai'i and California.
As part of the licensing agreement, newly formed Apple Rush Maui LLC made an equity investment of $100,000 in Apple Rush to obtain the rights to sell and produce the beverages in the two states.
Apple Rush Maui will distribute all six flavors of the Apple Rush bottled beverage line.
