Parenting expert Kathy Bentley addresses these questions and others related to raising happy, healthy children in �Teaching Your Child to be Responsible,� a free parenting skills workshop sponsored by the 3Y Ministry of Harris United Methodist Church. The workshop takes place 9-10:30 a.m. Sept. 20 at the church, on the corner of Vineyard Boulevard and Nu�uanu Avenue. The event is geared toward parents, grandparents, babysitters and teachers.
