CFB: Tebow starts from Florida against LSU

BATON ROUGE, La.— Tim Tebow started for No. 1 Florida against No. 4 LSU, two weeks after suffering a concussion.
Tebow was medically cleared to play before the game, a person familiar with the decision told The Associated Press.
Florida coach Urban Meyer said earlier in the day that the quarterback would play if he received clearance from doctors. The person requested anonymity because an official announcement had yet to be made.
On Florida's first play from scrimmage, Tebow handed off to Chris Rainey.
