LIBRARY PASSPORT APPLICATIONS: The Kalihi-Palama and Kapolei public libraries have discontinued their passport application services because of recent budget cuts. That service remains available at the Hawai'i State Library's Federal Documents Section (586-3477) and Waialua Public Library (637-4876, by appointment).
