Yoga isn't just for human pretzels
| |||
A lot of people are intimidated by yoga and think it's just for people who can turn their bodies into pretzels.
Instructor Radha Divine seeks to eliminate that idea with her new class, "Explore Yoga and Movement," with live tabla music to help with the flow. It begins June 3 and runs for six weeks, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays in the Chapel at Kapi'olani Community College. It's open to all levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Cost: $60. Registration: 734-9211.
