NFL: Bears, Kevin Jones agree on 2-year deal

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Running back Kevin Jones agreed to a two-year contract Friday to remain with the Chicago Bears.
Jones, a first-round pick of the Detroit Lions in 2004, had 34 carries for 109 yards last season, his first with Chicago. Jones, who was the backup last season to Matt Forte, also saw action on special teams in the final two games.
In 64 games for the Lions, Jones gained 3,176 yards with 24 TDs.
