NBA: Pacers G Dunleavy has surgery on right knee

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Pacers guard Mike Dunleavy has had surgery on his right knee and will be out indefinitely.
The Pacers said Friday the 6-foot-9 Dunleavy had the operation at a clinic in Vail, Colo., to remove a bone spur and repair a torn tendon in the knee. There's no timetable for his return, and the team said in a statement that the "recovery will be lengthy."
Dunleavy missed the first 34 games of the season because of problems with the knee. He then averaged 15.1 points in 18 games but has not played the past month.
