Fire investigators were called last night to the scene of a fire at Waianae Elementary school that was reported at 9:35 p.m.

Honolulu Fire Capt. Earle Kealoha said the extent of the fire was unknown, but city paramedics were called for a person who had difficulty breathing.

The school is located at 85-220 McArthur St.
