Season tickets for the 2009 University of Hawai‘i women’s volleyball go on sale today.

This season’s home schedule includes NCAA runners-up Stanford, semifinalist Texas, regional participants Cailfornia, UCLA and Western Michigan, and NCAA Tournament teams Santa Clara, St. Louis and Pepperdine.

The Rainbow Wahine are coming off their second NCAA Regional final appearance in the past three seasons, winning their 13th straight Western Athletic Conference in 2008.

UH coach Dave Shoji is entering his 35th season and is expected to earn his 1,000th victory, becoming just the second coach to do so.
