Up to 8,700 Aerosmith fans will be treated to a free concert on Maui in late September.

Maui Circuit Judge Joseph Cardoza yesterday approved the settlement terms of a class-action suit against the Boston-based band.

Fans sued Aerosmith after the group canceled a sold-out September 2007 concert on the Valley Isle.

The suit alleged that the group pulled out of the Maui venue in favor of a larger concert in Chicago and a more lucrative private performance for Toyota car dealers at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa's Les Murakami Stadium.

People who bought tickets to the canceled concert will be eligible for the free tickets as well as a $100 travel voucher, said Brandee Faria, one of the local attorneys who handled the class-action suit.

'84 VIDEO SHOWS JACKSON'S HEAD ON FIRE

Us Weekly magazine has obtained video it says shows never-before-seen footage of Michael Jackson's head catching on fire during filming of his 1984 Pepsi commercial.

Jackson suffered severe burns after a pyrotechnics accident caused his hair and scalp to catch fire. Still photos of the accident have been seen before, but the new video on Us Weekly's Web site shows the moment Jackson's hair caught on fire and the top of his head became engulfed in flames.

Us Weekly had no immediate comment on where the video came from. Jackson died June 25 at age 50.

CHURCH CONFIRMS REDFORD WEDDING

A German church says its pastor presided over the wedding of Robert Redford and his German partner.

Renate Massfeller, of the St. Catherine Church in Hamburg, said yesterday that Pastor Frank Engelbrecht presided over the ceremony Saturday between the actor, 72, and artist Sibylle Szaggars at the luxury Louis C. Jacob Hotel.

Szaggars, 51, moved to Sundance, Utah — where Redford's Sundance Institute is based — in the 1990s, according to her Web site.

PORN KING'S SON ARRAIGNED IN MURDER CASE

The son of a late San Francisco pornography mogul has been arraigned on charges that he murdered his ex-girlfriend and kidnapped their 1-year-old daughter.

James "Rafe" Mitchell, 27, faces five charges, including murder, assault and child abduction.

Authorities say Mitchell fatally beat 29-year-old Danielle Keller, and abducted their daughter, Samantha, in Novato, Calif., on Sunday. He was later arrested near Sacramento.

Mitchell is the son of "Behind the Green Door" director Jim Mitchell, who co-owned an adult entertainment empire that included films and theaters.
