COLUMBUS, Ohio — Haley Ishimatsu won her third platform event and David Boudia added his second victory Wednesday at the U.S. World Championship team diving camp at Ohio State.
Ishimatsu, competing for Trojan Dive Club, totaled 356.30 points for her third win in two days. Kristen Asman took the other women's platform round with 345.20 points on the final day of the four-day camp.
Boudia, diving for Purdue University, won with 517.60 points, beating out Nick McCrory of Duke Aquatics, who had 474.45.
Thomas Finchum won the other men's platform round with 494.10 points, beating out Boudia who had 473.70.
There is no guarantee that winners will be picked for the team by selectors when it is announced on Thursday. Divers were asked to perform their regular dives a number of times and were evaluated not just on their final scores but on several factors, including consistency, projected competition scores and degree of difficulty.
Ten of the 12 members of the 2008 U.S. Olympic team competed.
