FRIDAY
Noon to 6 p.m. Pro Bowl Football Festival at Kapi'olani Park
Military Appreciation Day: Football fun for the entire family - free autographs, interactive games, non-stop entertainment, official souvenirs and fan contests. Special military, entertainment, demonstrations, and the traditional military competition. Admission: free.
2 to 3 p.m. Pro Bowl Rally at Kapi'olani Park
Welcome the Pro Bowl with music, Pro Bowl cheerleaders, NFL stars and local celebrities. NFL Charities will be announcing grants to several local non-profit organizations.
3 to 6 p.m. Military Challenge at Kapi'olani Park
A traditional competition featuring teams from each branch of the military testing their football skills. Admission: free.
4:30 to 9 p.m. Sunset on the Beach at Queen's Beach (Waikiki)
Relax on the beach and enjoy the inspirational football movie, "The Express," along with a special guest appearance by the Pro Bowl cheerleaders and mascots. Admission: free
SATURDAY
9 a.m. to noon Pro Bowl 'Ohana Day Celebration at Aloha Stadium
Here's your chance to see both the AFC and NFC teams in action, enjoy fan contests, interviews, NFL video features, and a preview of the Pro Bowl game entertainment. All children are invited to sit in the all new Kid's Zone to enjoy special contests, prizes, inspirational presentations, and mascot mania. Admission: free.
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pro Bowl Football Festival at Kapi'olani Park
NFL Fan Appreciation and Play 60 Day: Football fun for the entire family - free autographs, interactive games, non-stop entertainment, official souvenirs and fan contests. Join the NFL's drive to promote youth fitness and healthy lifestyles with fun games, contests, educational information and free youth football and cheerleading clinics. Exciting youth entertainment provided by Aloha United Way. Admission: free.
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pro Bowl Youth Football and Cheerleading Clinics at Kapi'olani Park
Advanced registration required. Contact the Honolulu Boys and Girls Club or the Honolulu YMCA for information.
7 to 10 p.m. Pro Bowl All-Star Block Party Waikiki at Kalakaua Avenue
The ultimate NFL postseason celebration with five entertainment stages, the Island's hottest bands, NFL players, cheerleaders, local celebrities, great food, NFL merchandise, local crafts and special surprises. Admission: free.
SUNDAY
7 to 11 a.m. Aloha Zone at Parking Lot Row 13
Food, drinks and entertainment produced by Aloha Stadium and Centerplate.
8:30 to 11 a.m. Official Pro Bowl Tailgate Party at Richardson Field
This is the place to be before the game. This year's party will feature great entertainment and delectable food, highlighting the All-American art of tailgating from the past to the present. The tailgate party is held at Richardson Field, overlooking Pearl Harbor and walking distance from Aloha Stadium.

11 a.m. Pro Bowl Pregame Ceremonies at Aloha Stadium
Get into the stadium early to experience the spectacular pageantry of the game. This year's pregame ceremonies will feature a special tribute to Hawai'i, the first public appearance by the new class of Hall of Fame inductees, and a spectacular national anthem ceremony.
11:30 a.m. 2009 Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium
See the NFL All-Stars in action on the Aloha Stadium fieldit's a full day of football fun, spectacular plays, and NFL pageantry.
