HBA's palmer wins gatorade award

Hawai'i Baptist Academy's Sarah Palmer was named Gatorade Hawai'i Volleyball Player of the Year, according to a press release from ESPN RISE.
The 5-foot-11 senior outside hitter helped lead the Eagles to their third consecutive Division II state title last month. She also has a 3.48 grade point average does volunteer work as a preschool teacher and volleyball coach.
Palmer, who signed with the University of Texas, is eligible for Gatorade's national player of the year award.
