When shopping for gifts on a budget, it's easy to think "big box." But in this economy, it makes sense to shop local, so that the money spent can stay right here in the Islands to help our economy recover.

We set ourselves a budget of $15 per gift, and we're awed by what we found at locally owned boutiques.
