Food, entertainment, crafts and activities for the keiki will be part of Rediscover Chinatown Family Festival from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Smith-Beretania park.

The celebration of cultures is free.
Entertainment includes a Chinese lion dance, the Royal Hawaiian Band, the Guang Zhong Chinese Music Ensemble, the Magic of Polynesian Dancers, Stuck in the �80s with Pete and Kelly, Dita Holifield and the Next Big Thing Band and the Hala Hahm Korean Dance Studio.
The event is co-sponsored by the city and the Chinatown Business and Community Association.
