Hawaii surf: 8-12 feet likely on North Shore today
Surf along Oahu's North Shore is on the rise and is expected to reach 8 to 12 feet today, the National Weather Service said.
Surf along west-facing shores is also increasing, with wave faces of 6 to 8 feet likely today, according to the forecast.
Elsewhere, surf along east-facing shores will drop a bit today, to 2 to 4 feet while south-facing shores will see surf of 1 to 2 feet.
Outlook through Tuesday, April 21: No significant swells expected.
