The state Board of Education invites school and community members to attend a Leeward District community meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Nanakuli Elementary School Cafeteria at 89-778 Haleakala Ave.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide an informal, relaxed setting in which the public can discuss issues affecting Hawai'i's public schools and libraries.
