A City Council candidates forum set for tomorrow at Windward Community College has been canceled.
The Coffee & Conversation Political Speed Dating event was sponsored by the Windward Ahupua'a Alliance and was to include candidates for the District 3 City Council seat left vacant by the death of City Councilwoman Barbara Marshall.
