The Hawaii Animal Sanctuary, a no-kill shelter, will host a garage sale fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 603 Haha'ione St.

Proceeds will help pay for medicine, veterinarian bills and supplies for animals at the shelter. The sanctuary also is in need of donations such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, cat and dog food (both dry and wet), dish soap, bleach, detergent, sponges, trash bags and carpentry services.
