DES MOINES, Iowa — Three-time Olympic gold medalist Jeremy Wariner will run the 400 meters at the Drake Relays.
Wariner won the silver medal in the 400 and took home gold as part of the 1,600 relay team at the Beijing Olympics last summer.
He won a pair of gold medals in Athens in 2004, in the 400 and the 1,600 relay.
Wariner ran the 200 at Drake in 2006 and 2007.
Drake officials also said Wednesday that Canadian hurdler Perdita Felicien will compete in the 100 hurdles. Felicien, the outstanding women's performer at the relays in 2002 and 2003, missed Beijing with a foot injury.
