Camy Tang, author of "Sushi For One" (Zondervan 2007), won the 2008 American Christian Fiction Writers' award for best book in the debut author category.

Tang, who was raised in Wahiawa and now lives in San Jose, Calif., was honored at the annual ACFW award ceremony Sept. 20 in Minneapolis, Minn. Her new book is "Single Sashimi."
