College FB: No. 16 Penn State rolls past Temple, 45-3

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. _ Daryll Clark threw two touchdown passes and ran for an 11-yard score and No. 16 Penn State rolled to a 45-3 win over Temple today.
Hall of Fame coach Joe Paterno watched the second half from the press box.
The 81-year-old Paterno has been complaining of a sore right leg. After a scoreless first quarter, he watched the Nittany Lions build a 31-0 lead in the second quarter before moving upstairs with his assistants.
Clark finished with 196 yards passing and 15 yards rushing. Stephfon Green ran for 132 yards and a 69-yard score.
Penn State knocked out Temple starting quarterback Adam DiMichele after the first series when he injured his right shoulder.
