A $50,000 arrest warrant has been issued for a 39-year-old man indicted today for allegedly forcing his way into a Mililani residence.

Kelvin Jay Remigio is accused of unauthorized entry in a dwelling. Remigio allegedly shoved a 74-year-old man, entered his home on Ikaloa Street and lunged at the resident's son, saying "he was after him," according to a police affidavit filed at court.

The alleged incident occurred last Wednesday at about 8 p.m.

Remigio is on probation for first-degree assault and recently completed probation for third-degree assault, according to prosecutors. He has 21 prior convictions.
