A 39-year-old man has been released pending further investigation for offenses connected to the alleged theft of a handbag from a parked vehicle.

Steven Randolph Keliikuli, who listed no permanent local address at booking, will be sent to District Court today on outstanding warrants of $500 and $200.

Keliikuli was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Sunday at Kapi'olani Boulevard and Ke'eaumoku Street near Ala Moana Center on suspicion of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and possession of an electric gun.
