A man — believed to be Isiah Thomas — was found not breathing on the kitchen floor when Harrison, N.Y., police responded to a 911 call at Thomas' house one week ago Friday morning, according to the police report.

The victim's name is redacted throughout the report, which was released to Newsday on Thursday under the Freedom of Information Act.

The town of Harrison, which faxed the report to Newsday late Thursday, cited "unwanted invasion of personal privacy" as the reason for redacting the victim's name.

The report says police arrived at Thomas' home at 12:01 a.m. one week ago Friday. The officer on the scene who filed the report wrote:

"Upon my arrival I assisted (another officer) who was administering O2 to (name redacted) lying on the kitchen floor. The (name redacted) later became known as (name redacted). Upon HVAC arrival (name redacted) was transported to White Plains Hospital for further medical attention."

Although Harrison police chief David Hall has steadfastly refused to identify the victim of the accidental overdose by name, he continually has said it was a 47-year-old man. Thomas is 47.
