Punahou pummels Pac-Five in ILH

Cayman Shutter completed three passes — two for touchdowns — and Punahou returned three interceptions for touchdowns in a 57-7 rout of Pac-Five yesterday in an Interscholastic League of Hono-lulu game at Aloha Stadium.

Punahou, ranked No. 1 in The Advertiser's Top 10 poll, improved to 8-1 overall and 5-1 in the ILH. Pac-Five dropped to 3-7 and 2-5.

Shutter completed a 40-yard scoring pass to Dalton Hilliard and a 14-yarder to Kimo Makaula in the first period.

The Buffanblu's Sean McFadden (30 yards), Hilliard (35) and Daley King (15) returned interceptions for touchdowns.
