St. Theresa Church gets $2,500 to help feed needy

St. Theresa Church's Hale Kau Kau Program received $2,500 from the Bank of Hawai'i Charitable Foundation.

The program was started in 1991 and provides free meals to the needy at the Kihei church, delivers free meals to the homebound and distributes emergency food boxes to families.

Hale Kau Kau administrator Tina Draper and the Rev. Raymund Ellorin accepted the donation from Kevin Baptist, Bank of Hawai'i senior vice president and Maui regional and island manager.
