MLB: World Series champ Victorino to make first Hawaii public appearance next week

World Series champion Shane Victorino is making his first public appearance in Hawai'i next week at Lahaina Cannery Mall for the grand opening of Hawaiian Island Creations surf shop.
Victorino, a centerfielder for the 2008 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies, will greet fans and sign autographs at center stage from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19.
The first 300 children will receive an autographed photo of the Gold Glove Award winner courtesy of HIC.
