The grand opening of the model homes complex for Castle & Cook Homes Hawaii Inc.'s Nohona at Kapolei took place over the weekend.

Potential owners can now visit and tour the models at 91-1169 Kaiau Ave. in Kapolei. The Nohona Sales Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The first 21 townhomes have already been built and owners are moving in.

The project is a public-private partnership between the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corp. and Castle & Cooke Homes.

Nohona will include 118 multi-family, attached, two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Affordable prices range from $319,000 to $394,000.
